Free Economy Shipping automatically applies at checkout for orders of $50 or more.

Economy rates apply to all weights, but orders ≥ $50 ship free.

Standard shipping offers faster transit at a flat, weight-based rate.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note:

Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import fees, duties, or taxes levied by their country.

Transit Estimates: International shipments typically arrive in 10–21 business days, depending on the carrier and customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you’re not head-over-heels for your Glowessy products, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Initiate

Visit our Returns Portal (link in footer) or email info@shopglowessy.com with your order number and reason.

We’ll send you a pre-paid return label for U.S. orders. International returns may require you to cover postage.

Drop off at the designated carrier and ship it back within 7 days.

Conditions

Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with original tags/packaging.

Beauty items must be unopened or factory-sealed for hygiene reasons.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method; store credit is available on request.

Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item free of charge once your return is approved (subject to stock availability).

Sale & Clearance Items

Final sale; not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
